Alan Johns
Name: Alan Johns
Position: Managing Director
Accreditations: MSOE, MIRTE

After completing an engineering apprenticeship with Leyland Trucks and several years in diesel engineering both in the U.K. and overseas, Alan joined the Road Transport Industry Training Board, he has over 25 years experience in Health and Safety and specialises in Transportation issues. Alan was also a Director of Hinton and Higgs.

Anne Woolridge
Name: Anne Woolridge
Position: Chief Operating Officer
Accreditations: BSc (Hons), MSc, PhD, Dip NEBOSH, FCIWM, DGSA, FHEA

Dr. Anne Woolridge is the Chief Operating Officer of Peak HSE. 

Anne has a wealth of research and practical experience in the resource efficiency and healthcare waste management sector. She is a practicing Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor and Waste Consultant, as well as advising on strategy and policy. She has achieved her NEBOSH Diploma and is a Graduate Member of IOSH. Anne is currently acting as the Scientific Advisor on Waste for DHSC and the Technical Lead for the NHSE and l Logistics Cell.

Anne is a Chartered Waste Manager, a Fellow of the Chartered Institution of Wastes Management, recognised by ISWA as an International Waste Manager and has been heavily involved in the UK pandemic response.

Paul Teasdale
Name: Paul Teasdale
Position: Chairman/ Financial Director
Accreditations: FCA

Paul is a chartered Accountant with over 40 years experience both in private practice and in the Safety Consultancy business including 10 years with Hinton & Higgs Ltd before and after its sale to Willis Caroon.

John Herbert
Name: John Herbert
Position: Operations Director
Accreditations: BSc (Eng), PhD, PG Dip H&S, CFIOSH, CEnv, MIoD

John has extensive experience in helping a wide range of organisations, both in the UK and internationally, to improve their Health, Safety & Environment performance; advising directors and managers on both strategic and operational issues.

Formerly Director of Health, Safety & Environment for EEF in Sheffield, he has also worked as an Inspector for the Health and Safety Executive and has a research degree in Occupational Hygiene. He has actively participated as a member of national Health & Safety and Climate & Environment policy committees.
